We have been working hard at Believe Fitness on LIVE Virtual PT. A real trainer there to talk with you, coach you, encourage you, and push you to the next level of fitness. We feel very strongly that this is the way our members will be able to press forward in meeting their goals during this crazy time. While this is offered for FREE to our members during this time, it can be purchased by non-members as well!

Will a home workout challenge me?

Yes! We can create a workout to challenge any level of fitness or strength. From a complete beginner to an advanced athlete.

How will a LIVE Virtual PT session help me achieve my fitness goals?

Just like our in-club sessions, our LIVE Virtual PT sessions are catered to your goals and capabilities. Our experienced Personal Trainers are prepared to take you to the next level, no matter what your next level is.

During each session your PT will help motivate and encourage you to do more than you thought you could do. They will also ensure you use correct form/technique so that you achieve optimum results and, of course, do each movement safely. You will have that real life connection that helps keep you sweating, yet also, enjoying the workout.

Can anyone at any fitness level join a session?

Anyone is welcome! However, Believe Fitness strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. See: Health and Safety Disclosure
We can train any age, or fitness level that is approved for exercise routines!

What if I need to change the time of my session?

Your confirmation email will have a link for any changes you need to make. You may re-schedule the session 2 times, if needed.

How much space do I need for the workout?

Place your device around 1.5 – 2 meters away from you, and have enough space around you for your planned workout.  For HIIT or Functional Strength, you might move 2 or 3 steps to the side and also jump, so be aware of your ceiling fans and light fixtures

Also, mirroring your screen to your TV is a great option if your TV is compatible with your device.

What equipment do I need for the workout?

Many workouts require zero equipment, just you and your energy. However, if you have exercise equipment, let your PT know prior to the start of your session.

What happens if I lose connection during a workout?

No problem! Simply reconnect and continue.

Should your connection issue persist, simply contact your PT and let them know you will not be able to continue.
