I provide live training, program designing and communication/check-ins to answer your questions and keep you on track to your fitness goal. I’m knowledgeable and experienced in several styles/methods of strength training as well as body weight exercise so whether or not you own equipment, I can lead you through effective workouts. I can also guide you in Muay Thai, Boxing circuit training or just Shadow Boxing. Owning a punching bag yourself would be a great benefit to you. I’ve taught boxing and Muay Thai for over 3 years. Being a crossfitter for 4 years, I’ve coached Olympic weightlifting and HIIT for 2 years. I provide personalised programming for each individual based on their fitness goal. I’ve train fighters, children, elderly, brides and grooms to be, housewives, sport athletes, and people who want to improve their physique and health overall.
