Becoming a trainer came out of my love of being active and healthy. It is becoming increasingly difficult for people to adapt a healthy and balanced lifestyle. That’s where I step in! I have a keen interest in exercise rehabilitation and and I have helped many clients improve functionality through my training program. Combination of cardio and weight training is my specialty program, which educates women on how important it is to lift weights to keep in shape. To me, consistency is the main key in achieving your fitness goals.
