I have been in the fitness industry since 2009 with many certificates for personal training, functional training, weight loss, and strength training. I also like to make my workouts high intense, yet not overwhelming. I believe that each client is different and I will build a program to meet the client’s needs. I do not force my clients into a template program, but guide and motivate them personally to ensure the client achieves their targets. I like to teach clients that nutritions is the key to success.
