CLASS DESCRIPTION: This is a 40 minute class, using your own body weight and household items to sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. We will be using household items for full-body, multiplanar movements, however, can provide a variety of different strength outcomes. It also offers many benefits for cardiorespiratory fitness and flexibility. You will work your glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves all the way to your chest, shoulders and arms! Let’s get started!
