Group Fitness classes are a crucial part of us helping you meet your fitness goals! We view these classes as a perfect opportunity to challenge yourself and meet other members who can encourage you in your fitness journey.
Believe Fitness Signature Functional Training Classes are designed for people of all ages and fitness levels (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced). They involve performing integrative movements that enhance an individual’s performance in daily life or sport.
Functional movement patterns develop coordination, strength, core and mobility, and they engage participants by regularly varying the training tools and environment to produce results. Functional training exercises can increase your strength and endurance, burn calories, recover your muscles after an injury, support cardiovascular health and enhance physical performance.
5 Signature classes comprising of 1 Dumbbell Toning Class and 4 Functional Training classes
This is a 50 minute class, using your own body weight and dumbbells to sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body. Using dumbbells for full-body, multiplanar movements, however, can provide a variety of different strength outcomes. It also offers many benefits for cardiorespiratory fitness and flexibility. You will work your glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves all the way to your chest, shoulders and arms
It is one of Believe Fitness Signature Programs. BE READY program design is based on PHA training system. The PHA method is specifically designed to keep blood circulating throughout the body during the entire workout. BE READY is 45 minutes total body functional training in our club’s BELIEVE studio.
It is one of Believe Fitness Signature Programs. BE FIT program is designed based on Opposite muscles workout, to build muscle and strength by activating the receptor of Agonists and Antagonists in just One Workout. BE FIT is 45 minutes resistance training with functional training tools in our club’s BELIEVE studio.
It is one of Believe Fitness Signature Programs. BE CHALLENGED program is the Combination of BE READY and BE FIT program that involve Cardiovascular in between each exercise. BE CHALLENGED is 45 minutes High Intensity Interval training with functional training tools in our club’s BELIEVE studio.
This is a 35 minute full-body workout designed to provide a body transformation. Everyone is welcome – for the beginner or intermediate we modify workouts to meet fitness levels and for those in peak physical fitness.. be prepared to be challenged!
