Membership Fee

Registration fees, administration fee and membership fees are not refundable or transferable. Monthly subscription is payable on the 1st of every month through credit card/bank direct debit as indicated by your signature on the membership form. You agree that the monthly auto pay are payable ev ou do not use the club.

Club Access

You must check in by using own membership access card. You should not ask or expect another person to let you into the Club at any time. If you lose or forget your access card, you may not access the Club under any circumstances whatsoever during unstaffed hours.

Misuse /Tailgating Penalty RM150

You must not let anyone else into or out of the Club under any circumstances whatsoever at any time during unstaffed hours. You also may not allow anyone use your membership access card. Doing so will result in a ‘Misuse of Access Card/Tailgate Penalty’ of RM150 and/or have your membership terminated at the Club’s discretion.

Guest Fee RM50

Members may bring first time guests at any one time with prior appointment with the staff. No guests/non members are permitted to use the Club during unstaffed hours. If this policy is violated, a guest fee of RM50 and a penalty of RM100 may be imposed.

Freeze RM40 per month

You can suspend your membership by paying a fee of RM 40 for each freezing month upfront at the counter, by giving a minimum 14 days written notice in advance to the Club Manager. Members are obliged to pay all outstanding dues prior to an application for their membership to be frozen.

Cancellation RM199-RM299

You cannot cancel your membership during the first 0 / 6 months of membership. Cancellation fee of RM 299 will be imposed for resigning membership between month 1 to 3 and RM 199 for resigning membership between months 4 to 6. One calendar month’s advance notice must be given in writing when terminating membership. All verbal requests for termination will not be entertained.

Locker Penalty RM100

Lockers are provided at the lobby area (number lock) and inside changing room (please bring your own padlock). You are allowed a maximum of 3 hours free locker usage per visit. Any lockers that contain personal belongings and have been found locked more than three (3) hours will be emptied and all belongings will be stored away for it to be claimed by the owner. All belongings will be safely held by the club for duration of 72 hours only and a penalty of RM100 will also be imposed.

Late Payment RM10

If an auto debit/charge is unsuccessful you will be responsible for any administration fees and/or late fees. A late payment charge of RM10 per month will be imposed on dues and payments made after 7th of each calendar month.

Abuse of Emergency button RM150

The Club is equipped with Panic Buttons. This is designed to signal authorities in the event you feel either threatened or in need of emergency. You will be fined RM150 for each trigger of false alarm.

Personal Training

Only authorized Believe Fitness Personal Trainers are permitted to provide personal training in our Clubs. Personal Training by another member is not allowed. Members are not allowed to act as a trainer for any other members or guests.

Class booking

You need to pre-book the class in advance. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your class starts. You may not be allowed to join in if you are more than 5 minutes late. Please ensure you cancel bookings if you cannot attend in order to free spaces for others. Repeated non-attendance booking will result in the removal of your future online booking privileges.

By joining Believe Fitness club, you agree to all membership rules, policies and regulations of the Club. These rules and regulations may be changed at the discretion of the Club management. Any changes will be made known on the company website. My signature verifies my understanding and acceptance of the above rules on every visit to Believe Fitness.
